In order to arrange this, we need information like the height of your income and your marital status. Also, a residence permit is mandatory, as well as a citizen service number (BSN). Additionally, some (but not all!) lenders or banks may have extra mortgage requirements, for example an income in Euro, an EU nationality or the extra requirement of living in the Netherlands for at least six months.
